Episodes of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden are available in both English dubbed version and Japanese with English subtitles. I recommend Hulu if you want to watch episodes dubbed in English, the Crunchyroll streaming service if you want to watch Naruto in its original Japanese, and Netflix for movies.
